  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1. Boil the Pasta
  • Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

  • 2. Drain and Prep
  • Drain the pasta using a colander. Shake off excess water but don’t rinse the pasta – you want it to keep some of that starchy goodness. Avoid rinsing to keep the pasta’s natural starch, which helps the pesto sauce stick better later on. Once drained, it’s ready to be mixed with pesto in the next step!
