1. Heat the Skillet
Place your large skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and let it warm up.

2. Add the Veggies
Toss in the 2 Cups Broccoli Florets, 1 Cup Bell Peppers, 1 Cup Carrots, and 1 Cup Snap Peas. Stir them around and cook for about 5-7 minutes. The colors will be amazing!

3. Mix in the Garlic
Add the minced 1 tsp Garlic to the skillet. Stir everything together for another minute until fragrant. Your kitchen will smell great!

4. Pour the Soy Sauce
Drizzle the 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce over the veggies. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
