Step 1: Prep the Salmon
Cut the salmon into nugget-sized pieces, about 1 inch each.

Place the salmon nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Leave space between each nugget so the hot air can circulate. Crowding them will make them steam instead of getting crispy.
Step 4: Air Fry to Perfection
Air fry the salmon nuggets for about 8 minutes. Flip them halfway through (at 4 minutes) to ensure both sides cook evenly.
Check the nuggets at the 7-minute mark. If you like a crunchier texture, give them another minute or two.

Remove the salmon nuggets from the air fryer. Garnish with a sprinkle of Parsley and a slice of Lemon on the side for a fresh pop of flavor.
