1. Get Your Shrimp Ready
Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with a paper towel. Dry shrimp cook better and get a nice sear!
2. Melt the Butter
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt completely. You’ll see the kitchen start to smell amazing already!
3. Add Garlic and Shrimp
Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Then, add the shrimp. Spread them out in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Avoid overcooking.
4. Flip and Add Lemon Juice
Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until they turn pink. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice for an extra zesty kick.
5. Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for a pop of color. Serve the Easy Garlic Shrimp hot with pasta, rice, or a light salad.
