1. Cook the Shrimp
In a large pot, heat Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the Shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp and set them aside.
2. Make the Sauce
In the same pot, melt the Butter and sauté the minced Garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let the garlic burn!
3. Add Lemon & Season
Pour in the Lemon Juice and add the Lemon Zest, then season with Salt and Pepper. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a minute.
4. Combine and Finish
Return the cooked shrimp to the pot, toss them in the lemon-garlic sauce, and cook for another minute until the shrimp are well coated. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
