  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped (for garnish)

  • 1. Cook the Shrimp
  • In a large pot, heat Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the Shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp and set them aside.
  • 2. Make the Sauce
  • In the same pot, melt the Butter and sautĂ© the minced Garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to let the garlic burn!
  • 3. Add Lemon & Season
  • Pour in the Lemon Juice and add the Lemon Zest, then season with Salt and Pepper. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a minute.
  • 4. Combine and Finish
  • Return the cooked shrimp to the pot, toss them in the lemon-garlic sauce, and cook for another minute until the shrimp are well coated. Sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
