3. Season Everything
Return the chicken to the pot with the veggies. Sprinkle in the Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Squeeze the Lime Juice over everything and give it a good stir.
4. Simmer and Finish
Cover the pot and let everything simmer together for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Check if the chicken is fully cooked and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Serve and Garnish
Serve the fajitas with warm Tortillas. Garnish with fresh Cilantro and any toppings you love, like cheese, salsa, or guacamole.
