  • 1 pound Chicken Breast thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Yellow Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Fresh Cilantro chopped (for garnish)
  • Warm Tortillas for serving

  • 1. Cook the Chicken
  • Heat Olive Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced Chicken Breast and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  • 2. Sauté the Veggies
  • In the same pot, toss in the sliced Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, and Yellow Onion. Cook them for about 3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • 3. Season Everything
  • Return the chicken to the pot with the veggies. Sprinkle in the Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Squeeze the Lime Juice over everything and give it a good stir.
  • 4. Simmer and Finish
  • Cover the pot and let everything simmer together for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Check if the chicken is fully cooked and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • 5. Serve and Garnish
  • Serve the fajitas with warm Tortillas. Garnish with fresh Cilantro and any toppings you love, like cheese, salsa, or guacamole.
